Footwork practice will be every Thursday evening, 7:00-7:30pm.
Everyone should come to the footwork practice session tonight, Thursday, August 15, 7:00-7:30pm. Footwork is an essential element of our fencing strategy and everyone at Chevy Chase needs to improve their footwork technique.
Coach Matthew Moore will be leading this practice.
The cost for the sessions is $5.00 cash per person per evening.
Everyone should attend. Come join the crowd! The footwork practice begins at 7:00pm. But try to arrive a few minutes early so that you won’t miss the warm-up at the start of the practice.
