There are lots of different types of competitions for all ages and ability levels: local tournaments, RYCs, SYCs, ROCs, NACs, Championships. Many of them have different eligibility requirements. There will be no fencing club practice during the month of July. We resume practice in August. The Junior Epee Club will meet only on Tuesdays, 6:30pm to 7:30pm, beginning on August 7. After Labor Day, September 3, the Junior Epee Club will practice twice a week, Tuesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm and Saturdays, 2:00pm-3:30pm. The first Saturday practice will be September 8. The remodeling of the Chevy Chase Community Center has been funded by the DC Government with $3.5M in FY 2019, $4.5M in FY 2020 and $11M in FY 2021, a total of $19 million.
